Mr. Smith Should Go To New York

Alex Smith has some killer stats–2,196 passing yards, 24 TD passes, 2 interceptions, 439 rushing yards, 8 TDs.

He leads the nation in passing efficiency. He has already graduated after just two years of college.

His numbers blow away Jason White’s and Matt Leinart’s. He has one less rushing touchdown than Adrian Peterson.

Sadly, he has no shot to win the Heisman because he plays for Utah. So, I hope he at least gets a chance to go to New York for the ceremony. He deserves it.
