		<description>The only way Alabama will be a surprise team is if they lose more than 3 games.  I don&#039;t see them going undefeated, but they should win at least 10 games.  Any less than that would be a surprise.</description>

		<description>I have to disagree on Auburn, HP. When GM came to Arkansas he inherited 10 starters but &quot;only&quot; got the team to improve by 3 points and 15 total yards per game from 2005. It was the defense - which gave up six points and 42 total yards less per game - which helped to get Arkansas over the hump. GM had better personnel in Fayetteville during his first year too; he won&#039;t be so lucky at Auburn. Baylor is obviously the media&#039; &quot;it&quot; pick, but I would also mention teams like Texas A&amp;M, UTEP, and Toledo in there.</description>
