South Carolina QB Stephen Garcia for Heisman? 

On Facebook, the “Stephen Garcia for Heisman” group has been started. According to the site, it was created by a fellow named Chance Strickland of Columbia, S.C.

So far, there are 66 members.

I will be shocked if Garcia garners a single Heisman vote.
