Corp Is Going To Start

I’m not sure why there is all this speculation over who will start for USC against Washington on Saturday.

It is quite simple:  Matt Barkley can’t throw the ball right now.

Aaron Corp is going to start and I don’t think USC will miss a beat.  In fact, Corp gives USC an element never before seen in a Trojan quarterback in the Pete Carroll Era:  Mobility that extends beyond the pocket and allows for designed runs.

The real question is not who is going to start against Washington, but who will start against Washington State and then Cal in subsequent weeks.

If I’m Carroll, I play both and keep ‘em guessing.
