I must say, using stats to support the picture you want to paint rather than showing the full picture is a major pet peeve of mine, and you've done that with your Dwyer blurb. Despite the Defenses keying on him every play he's in the game and having a sub-par O-line in front of him (to be kind), he's still averaging over 5.5 yards per carry. But I think if you wait until the end of the season, you'll have a harder time supporting your case.

"But at this point you have to like the chances of Texas Tech and Baylor to challenge for the title as those two teams will clearly have the two best returning quarterbacks in the conference."

Clearly? I wouldn't be so sure that the best returning QB in the conference will be from the Big 12 South.

HP, if you believe in your Heismandments, how can you even consider Tebow on your list?

http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/blog/dr_saturday/post/Deconstructing-The-grisly-demise-of-Tressel-Ba?urn=ncaaf,189322

Left this on another post. But read this article. Obviously am a disgruntled buckeye fan. Tired of the conservative approach of Tressel-ball. Still pissed about getting beat by USC. Mad as hell that Tressel has all the talent in the world at his disposal and he wastes it. I will say this now. Tressel or Pryor will leave after this season, and since all the stuffed shirts in Columbus love Tressel so much, Pryor will transfer. And I couldn't blame him, because your coach isn't using your strengths. The game has evolved Tressel and you must evolve as a coach.

HP you so full of $h!t and you know it!

Mandell is a joke and I can give you examples of many of his picks and ramblings that have bordered on completely uninformed. He also picked Ark. to beat Ga last w/e. How come we just hear about the winners?

Defense in the SEC? Florida scores 23 on Tenn.,(4) more than UCLA. NC State scores 3 on SoCar. and, then 110 in their next 2 games.

What ever happened to those great offensive teams in the Pac(1)0 that you've spouted about for years? USC scores 9 less than Navy against OSU. Washington finally starts to look like a team by playing some defense.

As far as Arkansas's great offense goes lets see how they do against Bama this w/e.

BTW, Johnathan Dwyer is has been hurt. You should try and stay informed if you're going to run that mouth.
