I actually watched the Iowa-Arkansas St. game and that is why Iowa is not ranked. I am not convinced that any Big Ten team is high-quality right now, outside of Ohio State.
If this is a power ranking, Oregon should be ranked #1 (or at least higher than SC), after two near perfect games, both opponents being beaten far worse than they were by USC.
HP, do you think Oregon reinstating Blount would make them less attractive to bowl representatives?
