Interesting pick going with Stanford. They're definitely holding up their end of the bargain for you (up 17 in the 4th and driving as I write this) but it makes me wonder how confident you really were in Oregon to begin with. I would definitely pick Boise State over Stanford (and I am aware of the talent on Stanford's roster, thank you very much - I wrote up Chris Owusu as a DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP Heisman candidate a few weeks ago) and stand by all of my reasons for ranking Boise over Oregon, as well. Now that Oregon is a 2-loss team and Iowa is (thank the Lord!) out of the discussion, I'm looking forward to your rankings next week. Please tell me you've got BSU in your top 5 now. Also, how do you like my new inclusion of Bernard Pierce on my Heisman list(up to the minute ranking of who I would vote for if I had the opportunity : 1) Ryan Mathews, 2) Case Keenum, 3) Tim Tebow, 4) Mark Ingram, 5) Bernard Pierce) I'd like to see what you think of him as a player (obviously he doesn't get the pub to draw even a single vote at this point, in spite of huge numbers and his position as the leading light on one of the country's great surprise teams). Whew, I'm writing too much, I'll stop now.
