I like Houston, but no way they’re a Top 10 team the way their defense has been playing.

Anyone else amazed at how big the line is for the USC-Stanford game?

Would love to see how good GT could be with a defense.

I hate hearing the “pundits” claim that Alabama beat LSU without its starting QB and RB. Those two key LSU players STARTED the game. The fact that Alabama’s defense knocked Jefferson and Scott out of the game shows the dominance and physicality of the defense. Charles Scott’s broken clavicle came at the end of a run, but Jefferson’s “ankle injury” came after a series of shots (Deadrick crushed his sternum). Signature of Bama’s opposing quarterback: Grass Stains on the back of his jersey.

Who predicted at the beginning of the season that Houston would be on anyone’s top 10 list?

Any way the end of the season shakes down and UH makes a BCS bowl?

HP – nice top 10 – thanks for not throwing in a PAC 10 team more highly than deserved. Bama is an interesting #1 pick as they beat LSU largely without its starting QB and RB and had the INT erased by the refs. But, that will work itself out. Texas looking pretty good right now. Is it just me or is UFs problem as much play calling as it is lack of dynamic WRs – maybe its half and half.
