Look at Ingram's YPC (if you're British, which you may be based on that name, that's yards per carry, and a yard is almost a metre) and compare that historically. He's certainly not a lock, but if he maintains that YPC he's better than almost every Heisman RB in history. His stats and performance is far from Heisman worthy (think Ricky Williams - stats, and Reggie Bush - performance)...I really think someone like Colt McCoy, Case Keenum, or even Toby Gerhart makes for a much more compelling and meaningful award because of their legacy, stats, and heroics (respectively...).
