For our SEC critic above, what happened when Oklahoma played UF last year. The most or one of the most prolific offenses in CFB history (at least statistically) was held to 14 points. Now, some of that was getting a couple of great plays at key times, which is partially skill and partially luck. Nevertheless, it illustrates the point that statistics of that nature are overrated, and actually in that case the statistics told us two things: OU had a good offense, and the BIG 12 defenses weren't stout last year. You come across as equally silly (or bitter) as the the announcer that proclaimed that "spending 5 minutes with Tebow makes you a better person." The best running D he's faced all year was Mississippi, and they're ranked #39. Even Auburn clocks in at #88. But he'll get his shot - Florida is ranked #7 in run D. If he can produce against them, I'll be impressed.
