Heisman Curse is Hurting

The so-called ‘Heisman curse’ isn’t seeing its best days of late.

With Auburn’s win, that makes two years in a row that the Heisman winner also won the national title.

Heisman winners have now been on three of the last seven national title-winning teams (2004, 2009, 2010) after winning only three times in the previous 27 seasons before 2004.

It’s also the first time since 1996-97 that back-to-back Heisman winners have been on national championship teams.

  1. look at who the last two played for and you’ll know why. The State of Alabama invites you to the capital of college football.
Ain’t braggin when you can back it up! WDE!
If the rest of the college football world don’t like what the SEC has done…beat us. Till then stop bitchin, grippin and complainin cause it it unbecoming of y’all.
WDE! Yep gonna be rough on y’all nay sayers for a while. lmao “To the Victors go the spoils”.
On a none a-hole attitude thought….I wish every true fan that has stuck with their team through thick or thin could have the feeling I now have. As Tony the Tiger says, “IT’S GREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT’! Maybe if some of you would sto hatin on other teams and put your heart and soul into your own school it might work out someday. Took me 53 years to witness my Tigers hoist the Trophy so there’s hope for everyone.

  2. I agree aaaaaaaaaaa, that’s the only way bammer got Ingram a Heisman, they bought it with cash left over from the Albert Means fund! You might wanna take a look at your own school’s activity no matter who in may be? But being you…I don’t blame you for not wanting to look in the mirrow.

  3. What’s a mirrow? Is that a cross between a minnow and a crow?
